Full climbing-wall fit-out

A climbing gym needed a full wall fit-out — bouldering, top-rope, and traverse walls — engineered, fabricated, and installed to standard, on a fixed opening date.

We took it from site survey to certified handover: 3D wall design and route-setting layout across all three wall types, an engineered steel structure on a continuous load path, CNC-cut textured panels with a dense T-nut grid, holds and volumes, and certified impact matting — load-tested and signed off to EN 12572.
